Nope's Peak r2 - Day 5 - Sonia

[He'll lead Sonia away from the group and up to the first library. Mostly because he's looking for a little privacy and he remembers how comfy those beanbag chairs are.]

But his shirt can be pulled off easily because of that. By the way there's a bunch of scars on his chest from where he got stabbed during round one, and having them suddenly exposed actually gets him to hesitate for a moment. She bites her lip when he stares at her, self conscious as well, though it isn't like she's stopping with his shirt until it's off and over his head either. She only pauses when he seems to hesitate (even stopping her movements against him, just because she's concerned about him) and normally she might have put two and two together a little faster if her mind wasn't as blown as it is right now.

When she does though, her fingers reach to gently trace each of them slowly. Then, she leans down to kiss over each scar that's left there. ]

[That pause lasts just long enough for Rin to get even more self-conscious, and he begins to wonder if it was a mistake to let his shirt come off. So when he speaks up, it's with hesitation and a bit of shame in his voice.]

It's...how I died.

[The last time he was in a game like this, he means.

But before the shame can get too heavy, Sonia is touching and kissing them and oh how Rin's heart is soaring again. Even if he's having a hard time believing it.]

[ Not a mistake, but even before he confirmed it she'd figured it would be something that hurt to talk about. ]

I may not know the circumstances, however... you really are not very good at concealing how you feel, you realise? [ She kisses another, each kiss gentle and lasting for at least a second or two. ] You have no reason to hide.

[ She pulls back after the last one, her hands reaching for his to gently squeeze them. ] Least of all from me. And if you wish to talk about it, I am more than willing to listen.

[He's well aware of how terrible he is at concealing his emotions. In fact, he looks pouty for a moment at being called out on it, because he thought everyone knew already, and thus drawing attention to it was unnecessary. But that quickly changes to a flash of sadness, which he tries to push away in favor of something much more fun than a sad talk.]

Later. When Allen's around. I'd rather tell you both at the same time.

[Telling the story is going to be hard enough without having to say it twice.

[ Her voice is quiet as her eyes flutter closed, letting her head by tilted for him to kiss her. Her arms are thankfully already moving up to curl around his neck, so it means that when that lift comes she'll be semi-prepared, even if she might gasp against his mouth from surprise. ]

And he's not really going far with her, he's more flipping them around to give her legs a rest for a bit. He'll set her down so she's sitting on the beanbag chair and he's kneeling down in front of her, his arms resting on her legs.]

[ She has to shift slightly to get her hair to fall back behind the beanbag, but it's only when she glances back at him that she realises how they are positioned now. ]

[ She's mostly disappointed he isn't as close anymore, actually. ]

[He puts his hands on her thighs and gently pushes at them, trying to nudge her legs open. Spoilers it's because he's totally going to slip up between them and get close to Sonia again.]

[ Her lips press together when she feels his hands pushing at her thighs, her eyes sliding to the side, looking over his shoulder as embarrassment flashes through her. She breathes out slowly (having to calm herself, sure, but she trusts him and wants him just as much so this is fine. She can tell her body to chill the fuck out), forcing herself to look back at him as she parts her legs for him.

When he slides back into place though, she fails at hiding the soft sigh of relief that tumbles from her lips, her arms moving to curl around him. ]

[The words sound breathless, though. Mostly because he can't believe he's this close to her while they're both half-dressed and horny. This is a VERY suggestive position, and that fact hasn't escaped Rin's notice.

In fact, now that he's here up close with Sonia, he's starting to lose his nerve. And he might need a little reassuring.]

[ She makes a noise in the back of her throat as he settles again, her legs shifting slowly until they can lift up enough to press against the beanbag to get as comfy as she can. [Even with permission, he still pauses for a second. It's not really hesitation, but more him thinking. He hadn't really expected things to go in this direction when he had brought Sonia here, he had just planned on cuddling for a bit. It really is amazing how quickly things like that can change.

But he likes Sonia. She's cute and charming and just plain fun to be around. Even if this was unexpected, he's not having regrets over it or anything. No, he's actually finding that he really likes it. Even if it's probably moving a bit quick on their part, he's alright with that. Because he likes Sonia, and if he likes someone then doing fun stuff with them should be alright.

So when he leans in for another kiss, he looks much more reassured, much more sure of himself. He finds himself smiling into the kiss, which starts as gentle but soon builds to something with a bit more heat to it. And now that he's on top of her, he can press into those kisses more fully, and with a bit more firmness than he managed before.

Yes, he likes this quite a bit, and as long as Sonia is alright with it he probably won't be stopping.]

[ It's nice to take a breather and take a step back for a moment too, even if it takes too long her mind will go into overdrive and she'll probably think Too Much about what kind of attitude she should be having here.

If anything, it feels more true to herself to be here with Rin like this--no matter the form of it--than it does to be playing pretend in a castle as she dies inside day by day. It isn't that she doesn't care either, of course not, but there are things in her life she's been deprived of that status and money can't give. Friendship. Affection. Love of some form or other.

She can't know if Rin's just too caught up in the moment and didn't mean for it to ever go this far as it stands right now, but it's a risk she's willing to follow through with. Her hands settle on his back, sliding up and down in encouraging patterns as she kisses him back. It's nice and slow at the start, but as it heats up she finds her spine is starting to lean up to press into him. ]

He does break the kiss for breath eventually, but once he catches his breath he's going to be kissing down Sonia's neck and down to her chest, stopping just above her breasts.
